AMA Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the ASSOCIATION FOR MANITOBA ARCHIVES will be held on Thursday the 8th day of October 2020 at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of:

• receiving and considering the reports of the Board of Directors;
• election of Directors;
• appointment of auditors; and
• transaction of such further business as may properly come before the meeting

Due to the continuing COVID-19 situation this will be a virtual meeting held via Zoom. A Zoom meeting invitation will be sent to members who have registered via the website two days before the meeting.

Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are requested to sign the attached proxy and return it to the AMA at the address below or by email prior to 5 October 2020. If present in person at the meeting, the proxies will become void and members may vote personally on all matters brought before the meeting.
