ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Association for Manitoba Archives will be held on the 12^th day of November 2026 at 6pm for the purpose of:

· receiving and considering the reports of the Board of Directors

· election of directors

· appointment of auditors

· transaction of further business as may properly come before the meeting

This AGM will be held in-person at Artspace (4^th floor, 606-100 Arthur Street, Winnipeg).

The AGM starts at 6pm. A catered hot meal will be served. There will be a board-led Institutional Forum, as well as a Members Input Session for non-institutional members facilitated by Sarah Story. Following the AGM, we will send along a form to members who cannot attend the AGM to provide an opportunity for input.

Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are requested to sign the enclosed proxy and return it to the AMA by email (or mail to the address below) prior to November 12th, 2026. If present at the meeting, the proxies will become void, and members may vote personally on all matters brought before the meeting.
