Saskatchewan Archival Information Network - The Saskatchewan Archival Information Network (SAIN) is a database of descriptions of archival material held in Saskatchewan archives.

ARCHEION - ARCHEION is Ontario's Archival Information Network, an online research tool providing access to descriptions of archival fonds and collections held by members of the Archives Association of Ontario.

Archives Canada - Archives Canada is a gateway to archival resources found in over 800 repositories across Canada--it's your gateway to Canada's collective memory!

Library and Archives Canada - Library and Archives Canada combines the collections, services and staff of the former National Library of Canada and the former National Archives of Canada.  Their mandate is:  

  • To preserve the documentary heritage of Canada for the benefit of present and future generations;
  • To be a source of enduring knowledge accessible to all, contributing to the cultural, social and economic advancement of Canada;
  • To facilitate in Canada cooperation among communities involved in the acquisition, preservation and diffusion of knowledge; and
  • To serve as the continuing memory of the government of Canada and its institutions. 

Canadian Council of Archives - The mandate of the Canadian Council of Archives (CCA) is to preserve and provide access to Canadian documentary heritage by improving the administration, effectiveness and efficiency of the archival system.

Association of Canadian Archivists - Recognizing the diversity of the Canadian archival community and its organizations, the Association of Canadian Archivists (ACA) envisions a dynamic, well educated, and well informed information profession, strategically positioned to ensure the preservation and accessibility of Canada's information resources and its documentary heritage; the public's appreciation of those resources and that heritage; and the role of the Canadian archival community in its preservation and accessibility.

Manitoba Genealogical Society - The main objectives of the Manitoba Genealogical Society (MGS) are to collect and preserve local genealogical and historical records and materials; to foster education in genealogical research through Society workshops and seminars; and to encourage production of genealogical materials relating especially to Manitoba.

Manitoba Historical Society - The Manitoba Historical Society (MHS) is the oldest organization in western Canada devoted to the promotion of public interest in, and preservation of, the region’s historical resources.

University of Manitoba/University of Winnipeg Joint Masters Program in Archival Studies - The master's program in archival studies offers a distinctive, research-based professional education which fully blends the humanities and technical dimensions of archival work. The curriculum balances the historical and cultural with the contemporary and administrative aspects of archival work.

Manitoba Digital Alliance - A group dedicated to furthering the advancement of digitization in Manitoba and providing improved access to the province's digital content.
